Application

 

1.As the catalyst carrier, it is used in oil factory to help remove mercaptan. Or in textiles, it is used as 
catalyst carrier for Vinylon in production. 

2.It can remove pigments from production of sugar.

3.It is common in waterworks, no matter purifying the water for home, or produce mineral water 

4.As the element of water purifier, it can remove the chloride alga in water. And it also necessary to
refine water by electronic equipment for labortory. 

5.Coconut shell activated carbon used in filter for cigarettes will reduce the risk of  desease by absorbing
nicotine or tar in cigarette.

6.It is generally used in production of alcoholic beverages.

Coconut shell activated carbon is usually made by burning coconut shell slowly in furnace with little
air.
Principle: steam, CO2 and mix of gases including oxygen will react with coconut shell in furnace.    

Loss on ignition makes sure of production of porous coconut shelll activated carbon. And because
of large specific surface area, the our coconut activated carbon can absorb other substance efficiently.
